GLEE Goes Smooth Criminal – Video
What do you get when Santana faces off against Sebastian in Glee, with proverbial guns blazing? You get an incredible rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal”. The hit song has never been performed quite this way, either. A creative string section churns the familiar melody, while Naya Rivera certainly looks the part, unleashing her inner gangster. Of course Grant Gustin is Glee‘s Sebastian and you can watch the full video of their tense exchange right now.
This is what Fox’s Glee is all about! This one looks like one to remember as one of the most dynamic numbers of the new year. And you can watch it again on your TV screen when the “Smooth Criminal” episode debuts this coming Tuesday.
Tuesday’s episode is titled, simply “Michael” and now you know why. Will announces it is officially “Michael Week” for the gang. Then New Directions and the Dalton Academy Warblers get all but criminal as their face off at Regionals looms ever closer. We will learn about Quinn’s college plans and get an update on Kurt and Rachel’s NYADA applications. You’ll also want to look out for the developments in Mercedes and Sam’s relationship.
The episodes which follow, also promise to be epic. “The Spanish Teacher”, a.k.a. Ricky Martin, is en route, followed by “Heart”, the episode that introduces Rachel Berry’s two dads.
