SAMCRO Word – Sons of Anarchy Good for 3 More Seasons at FX?

Sons of Anarchy, FX

An American classic has good cause to celebrate this week. Chrome, crime and family will continue to reign supreme over at the FX network as Sons of Anarchy continues. There will be at least one more thrilling season, filled with plenty of mayhem. Could two more seasons follow that one? It is possible!

Here at Boomtron we got the good news thanks to writer, director and Sons of Anarchy creator, Kurt Sutter. He had lots to Tweet about as negotiations began. One such Sutter Tweet suggested that a deal was closed for an all new Season 5 of Anarchy. He thanked the FX network for their generosity.

Here’s to hoping there will be more generosity in the network’s future. If the SAMCRO series gets picked up, Seasons 6 and 7 will follow! All in all, the outlook is good for Anarchy‘s future.

Now is a good time to get caught up with the Redwood Originals before they take off without you. The drama, infused with touches of black comedy, follows Jax, acted by Charlie Hunnman, as he tries to continue to lead Charming, California’s motorcycle gang. Gemma and Clay Morrow, acted by Katey Sagal and the indomitable Ron Perlman, are Jax’s mother and stepfather. Jax doesn’t entirely approve of some of the more shadowy dealings of the organization. The fact that his parents have plenty to hide doesn’t help matters, either.

Season 4 ended in December. It has yet to be released to DVD, however you can get your hands on Season 3 on DVD and Blu-Ray now.
