THE VAMPIRE DIARIES Get Sexy and fearless Sage

It should come as no surprise that CW’s The Vampire Diaries has cast yet another incredibly sexy individual to guest star in an upcoming episode. My favorite part of TV is the overwhelming amount of beautiful people put in front of the camera. This latest casting was for a particularly mysterious female role with a certain allure to it requiring an actress with the right sizzle. It makes perfect sense the CW would look inward at the impressive list of hot girls its had appear on its myriad of shows. The lucky gal is none other than Smallville alum Cassidy Freeman.

However, Freeman won’t be playing your typical temptress. While she will be drawing people to her (as reported on TVLine), she won’t be doing it in the present day. She’ll appear in flashbacks to 1912, where she will be having herself some fun with Damon and Stefan as well as the Original family. What her goal is is unknown. All we know at this point is her name is Sage and she is “sexy and fearless, with a devilish smile.” So she’s hot, not afraid of vampires and is probably evil incarnate. Well that could apply to just about anyone, so what will make her special?

We’ll just have to wait and see when her episode airs some time in the future. You can expect her to turn up in episode 16 with the potential to become a recurring character. If she does end up recurring, maybe we’ll see her in the present day.
