Happy new Doctor Who! Series Seven is coming soon and today we’ll serve up a dashing new teaser. You might want to have yours with a side of popcorn and your favorite soft drink. There’s loads of almost cinematic quality goodness to enjoy.

Matt Smith is the Eleventh Doctor and he’ll return to the set of the BBC sci fi series. Amy and Rory are along for more shenanigans. Prepare your 6-shooter and your 10-galon hat because Doctor Who is coming to the Wild West during the new series.

Really soak up these shots because the Ponds will be gone all too soon.

“Everyone who isn’t an American, drop your gun,” says one cowboy as the gang gets a little shoot-happy. Hey, that’s dangerous! There are also glimpses at a very snowy locale and is that an Egyptian queen I saw? That wouldn’t surprise me.

Don’t forget that actor Benedict Cumberbatch may be coming to Series Seven. I think that would be pretty awesome. Also, Jenna-Louise Coleman is coming as a bran new companion in time for Christmas. That holiday special will be titled “The Doctor, The Widow and The Wardrobe”. Executive Producer, Steven Moffat has said the actress is someone who can talk even faster than the Doctor. That’s a first.

Filming began only last month.
