Nickelodeon: Miranda Cosgrove and Jennette McCurdy’s iCarly Comes to and End

Nickelodeon’s Miranda Cosgrove and Jennette McCurdy’s vehicle for the last few season, iCarly, will be coming to an end this year, capped off by a special tv “event” that will air in November, according to TVguide.
iCarly will continue to live on in reruns at Nickelodeon. As will some of the fan favorites from the show. In fact, McCurdy will be reteaming with iCarly creator/producer Dan Schneider on a project, Noah Munck (Gibby) is a set with the network, and Jerry Trainor (Spenser) will be moving on Nick’s Wendell & Vinnie.
As far as the titular character herself, Miranda Cosgrove doesn’t have any confirmed looming television projects on her plate (which probably means she’s primed to be part of some Hunger Games sequel casting rumor), and instead will be enrolling in school, attending class at USC during the Fall semester.
