Marilyn Manson and Another Lostie Board Showtime’s Californication

Everyday seems to bring another Californication season 6 casting announcement, and half of them seem to involve LOST. Today we have two of the latest, and of course one of them has been on the island. Let’s start with the one who hasn’t (we think). Marilyn Manson, whom I haven’t thought about since like the ’90s when strange people in my high school (and millions elsewhere) started listening to his music (though I can’t front on Evan Rachel Wood – nice one, brother), is set to appear next in the 7th episode of next season as himself.

Patrick Fischler isn’t new to Californication, but according to TVline is returning next season to sponsor some major new character. Fischler was of course on LOST (and killed in Mad Men), and is the third LOST actor that I know of who will be appearing on Californication next season. Maggie Grace was cast in a role that has some juice behind it, and she will be joined by Jorge Garcia. Also signed up for next seasons are Lee Arenberg, Maggie Wheeler and Sarah Wynter. You can keep up with all of the Californication updates because there’s sure to be more, with the show not scheduled to return to Showtime until sometime next year.
