Disney Channel Bits & Pieces Pilot Casts Dove Cameron, Cozi Zuehlsdorff, and Benjamin King

Disney Channel has found its cast for their new pilot Bits & Pieces, inking Dove Cameron, Cozi Zuehlsdorff and Benjamin King to star. Cameron has that Disney star in waiting look that you may have caught on a couple of episodes of Showtime’s Shameless where she has appeared as Holly. Zuehlsdorff was in Dolphin’s Tale with Harry Connick Jr. and Ashley Judd.

Bits & Pieces premise was described in April when it was announced:

In the story, the family tree gets a whole lot bigger when high school basketball coach Pete marries the school psychologist Jodie, much to the chagrin of their four kids. Willful teenager Alanna recounts all the family moments through comedic vignettes, while her awkward brother Sticky and their new step siblings Crystal and Brody help fill in the bits and pieces as they begin their journey together as a new family.

According to Deadline Bits & Pieces will be told via the POV of Alana, Dove Cameron’s character. Be ready to catch it sometime in 2013. and I would imagine we will be covering it over at BSCkids.com when it does.
