Game of Thrones’ Snow – Warrior Villain in How to Train Your Dragon 2?

How To Train Your Dragon was surprisingly great, wasn’t it? I thought so. Dreamworks is lining up its cast for the sequel which now may include one Kit Harington, whom undoubtedly is most well known for his role in the first two seasons of HBO’s adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones as Jon Snow. In the books, mostly he could be viewed as a pretty swell kid, but if he were to lend his voice to How To Train Your Dragon, it would be for that of the villain.

Variety reports that Harington is in negotiations to take on the roll of an antagonist warrior. We don’t know much about the plot of the film, but Cressida Cowell, the author of the book that the film was based on has a bunch to choose from, though the books was rather different from the film to begin with.
If Harington were to sign on, he’d join the returning voice cast of Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler, America Ferrera, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Kristen Wiig, Craig Ferguson, T.J. Miller, and Jonah Hill. Dreamworks is shooting for a June 2014 release for the sequel. Harington, like I think eventually for many of the Game of Thrones cast, has been scooping up a bunch of notches on his future resume, including roles in the next Silent Hill film, Disney’s The Seventh Son, and Greenland Time.
