Selena Gomez an Animated Vampire in Hotel Transylvania Trailer

A new international trailer for Hotel Transylvania, an animated feature coming this September from Sony, has hit the web. Dracula, voiced by funnyman Adam Sandler, is trying to throw his daughter Mavis’ 118th birthday party, and has invited all his monster buds to his monster resort for the bash. Unfortunately, Mavis, voiced by teen idol Selena Gomez has other plans when some normal guy (voiced by Andy Samberg) rolls up into Hotel Transylvania. Looks like it could be fun but I have to admit not being in the best state to talk about other animation projects after just having seen the bliss that is Pixar’s Brave.

Sandler, Gomez and Samberg’s voices are joined by those of David Spade, Steve Buscemi, Kevin James, Molly Shannon and Cee Lo Green.
Here’s the summary for Hotel Transylvania:
Welcome to the Hotel Transylvania, Dracula’s (Adam Sandler) lavish five-stake resort, where monsters and their families can live it up, free to be the monsters they are without humans to bother them. On one special weekend, Dracula has invited some of the world’s most famous monsters – Frankenstein and his bride, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, a family of werewolves, and more – to celebrate his daughter Mavis’s 118th birthday. For Drac, catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem – but his world could come crashing down when one ordinary guy stumbles on the hotel and takes a shine to Mavis.
