The Good Wife Season 4 Premiere Loads Up on Casting

CBS is announcing some guest star power coming to The Good Wife next season.  Joining Julianna Margulies for The Good Wife season 4 are Maura Tierney and Marc Warren. Both will debut in their new roles in the season 4 premiere, and both as recurring characters.

Tierney will portray a self made millionaire who’s also the current political fave in the Democratic party in Chicago. Warren is Kalinda’s (Archie Panjabi) ex, trouble that she still can’t get enough of.  Most, regarding recent work, may recall Tierney from Rescue Me, but she was a critical darling on a LONG stint as ER’s Dr. Abby Lockhart. I’m not that familiar with Warren, but he has quite a a lot of appearances in British shows that I like (Life on Mars), including in Poirot, which by default means I love his work.

The Good Wife returns to the CBS Sunday schedule this September.
