A Wolf Rides into Once Upon a Time as Lancelot

A Lancelot with soul power! I’m not sure how Once Upon a Time is going to pull off all of these new characters promised to us, but yet another casting announcement has arrived for ABC’s fantasy drama that’s entering its second season this fall. This time the show is tapping the Arthurian legend angle, naming Sinqua Walls their famed knight Lancelot. TVline reports that Wall’s Lancelot will be a “sword for hire with nothing to lose” after having been banished from country, sweet round table, and the woman he loves. Art doesn’t play around when it comes to his lady.
The youngsters might recognize Sinqua as Boyd from MTV’s Teen Wolf show. Personally, I know him from his few appearances on Friday Night Lights.
At the end of the first season Once Upon a Time made moves to lock up both Emilie De Ravin and Meghan Ory for next season, insuring that we’d be seeing a lot more of both Belle and Ruby Red in season 2. They followed it up by adding Jaime Chung to be Mulan, Sarah Bolger as their Sleeping Beauty (Princess Aurora).
Once Upon a Time returns to ABC Sundays this Fall, the season 2 premiere to take place on September 30th.
