Glee Spoilers: Break Ups, Lea Michele Spears, and Vogue

Glee

If there was a part of you hoping the coupling of Sam and Mercedes would survive past Mercedes’ graduation then you thought wrong and now I feel incredibly guilty about having to break the bad news to you myself. Despite having that on-again off-again charm, the couple called it quits during the summer before Season 4 begins. While I can’t say what Mercedes will be doing, Sam will still be a student at McKinley and a new love interest will find her way into his heart. Who could it be? Keep guessing folks because Ryan Murphy isn’t about to spill all his secrets just yet.

Having discovered the wonderful world of Twitter, Murphy has been giving his fans a dose of tease while Season 4 is still in the first phases of development and production. He mentioned such doozies of knowledge as an appropriately big Thanksgiving episode. It’s so big it had to be split into a two-parter. Another upcoming episode, thus far known as “The Break Up,” will feature the destruction of a couple that is still together! That won’t be a fun one to watch. Nobody likes seeing people who love each other break apart. Hopefully it’s spaced out over a couple of episodes with “The Break Up” being the big climax.

Over in New York City, where we will be spending half of the season, Kurt will find himself a sweet job at Vogue, working under Sarah Jessica Parker. You can bet there will be some splendid clothes for her to wear. The first group number of the season will be Adele’s “Chasing Pavements,” while Lea Michele will be doing yet another classic Britney Spears song. I can hardly contain my excitement over that news (sarcasm). I wonder if now that Murphy is connected to his fans via Twitter  he’ll be more forthcoming when it comes to spoilers. Or maybe he’ll just become obnoxiously present to comment on every little thing.
