Coyotl Pointing in Grimm Season 2
Getting a little Grimm at Boomtron for a minute with this peek into the upcoming second season of NBC’s supernatural/cop show which actually kicks back off tonight. It is not of the show’s star (David Giuntoli) or partner (Russell Hornsby), or even Nick’s girl, instead it’s a scene featuring on of the Grimm’s season 2 guest stars. Back in June we told you Mark Pellegrino would be turning up in Grimm, which makes total sense because he seemingly has to be in every speculative fiction program. He’s just making his rounds.
Specifically, this image, which debuted via TVline, is tagged as from the third episode of the season, titled “Bad Moon Rising”. Pellegrino looks pretty animated here (and I guess drives a Dodge), playing a high school friend of Hank (the aforementioned Hornsby) named Jarold Kempfer, who as we told you before is also a coyotl. Only Hank doesn’t know that. Yet.

Pellegrino will be joined by a host of guest stars this season, including the recent addition of cutie Kristina Anapau, Bones’ squint Michael Grant Terry, Bane right-hand Josh Stewart, Vampire Diaries’ Alice Evans, and True Blood’s James Frain.
Now go make sure you catch the season 2 premiere tonight on NBC.
