New Teaser and Poster for Homeland Season 2

Homeland returns to Showtime next month and we now have another video teaser for the second season of the political/crime drama after getting an electric look back via Claire Danes in the initial promo released by Showtime last month, and a new season poster. As you can see, the former focuses on Daines’ Carrie Mathison and Damian Lewis with a clever little tagline.
Daine and Lewis are front and center next year, and it looks like things are changing, as Daines will be out of agency (season 2 starts 6 months into her psych ward) to begin the season and Brody is conflicted, though Lewis said of his character (at the TCA’s), “”Essentially, he’s everybody’s bitch. He’s pretty f—ed.”
Along with Dainesand Lewis, Homeland stars Morena Baccarin and Mandy Patinkin, and has a couple of new faces to introduce, including that of Rupert Friend who has signed on as a season 3 regular as an agency analyst and Valerie Cruz, a Major, who is an intelligence office who joins Daines on a mission in Beirut. Cruz might possibly be bumped to having a recurring role – I love her!
Homeland season 2 kicks off on September 30th, the beginning of another 12-episode order, and is led into by Dexter.
