ABC’s Last Resort – A Primer for Shawn Ryan’s New Show

Got an email from ABC, apparently a late one, alerting us to this  featurette for Last Resort, the new show that you have undoubtedly been seeing commercials for every 5 minutes, and the latest from Shawn Ryan, the guy who brought you The Shield. Last Resort premieres on ABC tonight so this is a bit short notice, but if you’re hitting the office or in transit and need a primer for catching it later tonight, we have the goods for you above.

Tonight’s pilot, titled “Captain”, is directed by Martin Campbell because it’s the in thing to do to get big time film directors to helm pilots of buzzy network shows (see Revolution).
