Predators – movie review
Don’t believe all of the inexplicably great reviews for Predators; it is a seriously stupid movie. Billed as a return to the greatness of the original Predator movie, this sequel comes off as a second-rate Avatar, where once entitled actors are brought low, and give bizarre and entertaining performances. Adrien Brody is no Schwarzenegger; hell, he [...]
Adrien Brody and Alice Braga in Predators Pics
Its science fiction. It’s horror. It’s survival of the fittest. It’s Predators and today we’ve got new photos from the hot new revamp of the film franchise. That’s Adrien Brody and Alice Braga you see above covered in grime and ready for the fight of their lives. Robert Rodriguez directs Predators, due in theatres in [...]
Predators – 4 new clips!
The Robert Rodriguez reboot Predators is shaping up to be a loving reminder of John McTiernan’s action movie classic. Once again in a jungle setting, the hunters become the hunted, but this time, the location is the Predators’ home planet, and there isn’t just one stalking them. Today 20th Century Fox released four new clips [...]

Would you survive? They are Adrien Brody, Alice Braga, and Laurence Fishburne and they star in this running, screaming, [...]
Predators – International and Alternate trailers!
A couple more looks at Predators offers few new looks from the initial trailer and various clips we’ve seen, but does gives some glimpses of the Rodriguez produced and Nimrod Antal directed return of the Predator franchise. We’ve been able to get to know their chosen cast via character spotlights, getting some insight on “Isabelle” [...]
Splice – International trailer
The beginning of the last month brought us a look at a real cool SF/Horror/Thriller starring Adrien Brody and Sarah Polley called Splice. Beyond just being a pretty effective trailer, it’s also got the luxury of having the name of Guillermo Del Toro attached to it as a producer. Written and directed by Vincenzo Natali, [...]
Splice – movie trailer
Splice is apparently a rather anticipated trailer and film in the horror corners of filmdom and actually doesn’t look half bad (though Brodie looks rather Bill in Bill & Ted–don’t like seeing my future Predators frontman like that!), in fact it looks kind of sweet. Written and directed by Vincenzo Natali, the film garnered positive [...]
Predators – Movie Clip/Featurette
Earlier in the week we got our first trailer of Predators, the Robert Rodriguez-produced next chapter of the Predator franchise. I thought the trailer relieved some of my trepidations about the movie, in particular the choice of casting Brody, who although I think is a terrific actor, isn’t the first person who enters my mind [...]
Twilight’s Rachelle Lefevre joins Brody, Adjani in VK
Brody is going to be busy I guess, having also just signed on to be the lead in Predators. The Vancouver Sun is reporting he will be joining Rachelle Lefevre and Isabelle Adjani in a period piece called VK The report indicates that VK’s plot is: …is based on the true story of Baron Von [...]
Adrien Brody in Predators
I’ve been following Predators casting, but so far everything seems to have been kind skirmish-casting and now we finally get to some news of somebody who could headline the film. Adrien Brody is a bad ass, and the cast gives me some faith in the film beyond that it’s Predator and I would have gone [...]
Argento and Adrien Brody’s ‘Giallo’ trailer
A trailer for a horror/crime film from Dario Argento. Giallo is obviously a color (yellow), the name of the antagonist in this film, but also the name of a genre of films in Italy and France (though they are slightly different from each other) that has pulp roots. Giallo stars Adrien Brody, who is one of my favorite actors and has a new trailer. I also included the first trailer, which came out last year.
Check them out after the jump .. .
