Introduction to Mervyn Peake’s Titus Alone by David Louis Edelman
Time for a new addition to my mini-feature/hobby of collecting some choice articles, essays or manifestos written by the most talented people in their fields. Today BSC is pleased to represent a piece by novelist David Louis Edelman that served as the introduction to a recent publication of the great Mervyn Peake’s Titus Alone (Overlook Press – 2008). Edelman himself is the author of two novels, Infoquake (2006) and MultiReal (2008). The former was nominated for the John Campbell W. Award for Best Novel.
