Camelot Season 1 Episode 10 – “Reckoning” – Review
Well, it’s better late then never right? Camelot finally brought its “A” game to the table after some pretty mediocre episodes. This was a fantastic conclusion to the season with some big deaths, defining moments, and one hell of a plot twist. No stupid character decisions, no illogical choices (except possibly one), the episode concentrated [...]
Camelot Season 1 Episode 9 – “The Battle of Bardon Pass” – Review
“The Battle of Bardon Pass” finally gave us the action the show desperately needed; unfortunately, what had the potential to be the best episode of Camelot was bogged down by the show’s usual faults: stupid character decisions and illogical moments. What’s disappointing is that the potential for greatness is there, and we’ve seen how good this [...]
Jamie Campbell Bower in The Mortal Instruments, Joins Lily Collins
Will the real Jace Wayland please stand up? You’ll have to use your imagination (but fantasy readers are good at that) and pretend that Camelot actor, Jamie Campbell Bower is standing. Why? Because he just won the star making role of Jace, Clary’s Shadowhunter in the big screen adaptation of The Mortal Instruments (which will [...]
Camelot – “Igraine” – Review
“Igraine” did exactly what it says on the tin and gave us an episode focused mainly on Igraine, both her real self and her doppleganger. Once again the show is lacking a little of the wow factor, but I thought this episode was at least a step in the right direction. The highlight of [...]
Mortal Instruments – Jamie Campbell Bower, Ed Speleers or Leebo Freeman to Join Lily Collins?
Do you recall how difficult it was to cast the role of Edward Cullen for the very first Twilight film? Well, Hollywood is in pursuit of a new leading man for young adult audiences to pine after. The part is called a “potential starmaker.” The Mortal Instruments series is comprised of six novels by author [...]

Joseph Fiennes as Merlin; Now that’s interesting. Eva Green as Morgan le Fay; Now that’s hot. We’re discussing, of course, the upcoming television series Camelot, which will hit STARZ beginning April 1st. No Foolin’. Also central to the cast are Jaime Campbell Bower as the young King Aurthur; Tamsin Egerton as Guinevere; Claire Forlani as [...]
Camelot in April – Starz Jamie Campbell Bower, Joseph Fiennes and Eva Green
Alright all you fans of Arthurian legend, its time for a revamp! Deadline.com reported that a new Starz drama has set its premiere date. Friday, April 1st Camelot will debut at 10 PM (That’s the usual time slot for Spartacus: Blood and Sand). Despite its name, I do not think the “10-episode retelling of the [...]
More Volturi images from Twilight New Moon
Yesterday I got to the Michael Sheen image, but I was unaware of incredibly annoying tactic of releasing images from the same publicity folder to 47 different sites was in play. Thus, yesterday I missed the other releases of the images of Dakota Fanning’s Jane (MySpace), Jamie Campbell Bower’s Caius (Moviefone), Cameron Bright’s Alec (MTV), Christopher Heyerdahl’s Marcus (Examiner). I can understand a (possibly good) film trying to to get exposure like Shane Acker’s 9 doing this, bit it’s pretty much a given that New Moon doesn’t need to do this, as the fans are fanatics already. So, for the people (and my own greater glory) the Volturi are below, and I also reposted the Sheen images for completist’s sake.
More after the jump…
