If you want to talk about book series’ that I don’t give a damn about, this one is pretty high on the list, but for the simple vitriolic, comedic, joy it has brought the internet in making fun of it or simply being pissed off by it (I don’t really do either personally – I just silently don’t care for it, and move on) it’s actually better than simply being quiet and lame. In many ways Goodkind jokes have become the Fantasy-nerd’s ‘Chuck Norris’. For this reason I didn’t care to check out the TV show, Legend of the Seeker , but there is an interesting youtube video about storyboarding the show, and one on special effects.
