Movie Review – Up
Pixar consistently delivers, to the point that any review of Up is more a measure of greatness, rather than a critique. Up matches the craftsmanship and thoughtfulness Pixar is known for, upping the ante with seamless 3D integration and well framed daydreams. There is a heavier tone and theme this time around, and kids may wonder why their parents are crying, not understanding the gravity of time and lost paths…
New Up featurette and TV spot from Pixar
Pixar’s Up comes out tomorrow, and a last minute featurette and TV Spot are here to hold you over for the home stretch. The featurette is for dog lovers, and called The Dog Pack. The TV spot, the fourth, is pretty short, but hell, like I said the movie is around the corner!

Toy Story 3 trailer on Up + Update on mysterious cameo-character
A couple of weeks ago we posted about the cameo appearance of a character that will be featured on Pixar’s Toy Story 3 that was snuck into a trailer for Up. There is news on that mysterious pink teddy, and an update on our first glimpse of Toy Story 3.

Toy Story 3 character revealed in Pixar Up Teaser
I saw this at MTV and perhaps clarified at /Film. MTV talked to Jonas Rivera, a producer of Pixar’s forthcoming Up, and it was revealed that a future character in Toy Story 3 made an appearance in traditional Pixar easter egg fashion

More Images From Pixar’s Up
Some more images from Pixar’s Up were released, some we’ve seen in previous released promo material, but there are some fresh new images as well. I have them separated in two galleries, one depicting a step-by-step creation of a scene, and the other has stills from the film. There were some other behind-the-scenes images released with this group that aren’t included here because I’m not going to pretend seeing such images from an animated feature isn’t boring.
