I wasn’t at all interested in this book…until I read your review. Most of the “blurbs” about it make it sound very uninspired and trite. Your review makes it sound a bit like a “tough guy” novel–with a woman, who is very well drawn.

So the book goes from ‘avoid’ to possible “investigate.”
